10.11. पर्यावरण संरक्षण हेतु नियमः
10.11.5 Solar Energy Plant –
10.11.5 सौरऊर्जा संयंत्र (Solar Energy Plant) –
Heating water with solar energy –
सौर उर्जा से पानी गर्म करना –
(i) For heating water in any proposed building or for electricity supply (solar lighting) in public areas such as corridors, staircases, and other common areas like landscape areas, it will be necessary to install a solar energy plant.
(i) निम्न प्रकार के किसी भी प्रस्तावित भवन निर्माण मे गर्म पानी करने हेतु अथवा सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों यथा गलियारा, कोरिडोर, सीढिया व अन्य कॉमन एरिया लेण्ड स्केपिंग क्षेत्र आदि में विद्युत व्यवस्था (सोलर लाईटिंग) हेतु सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र लगाना आवश्यक होगा
• Hospitals and nursing homes
• हॉस्पिटल एव नसिंग होम
• Hotels, guest houses, resorts, motels, lodges, dharamshalas, etc.
• होटल, अतिथि गृह, विश्राम गृह, लॉज, मोटल, रिसोर्ट, धर्मशाला, इत्यादि
● Government guest houses, all types of hostels,
● राजकीय अतिथिगृह, सभी प्रकार के छात्रावास,
• Residential areas with an area of 500 square meters or more
• 500 व.मी. अथवा ज्यादा क्षेत्रफल के आवासीय भूखण्डों में
• Community centers and other public buildings for similar use.
• सामुदायिक केन्द्र एवं इसी प्रकार के उपयोग हेतु अन्य भवन, सार्वजनिक उपयोग के अन्य भवन।
(ii) The solar energy plant and system for heating water should comply with the provisions of the relevant department.
(ii) सौर ऊर्जा से पानी गर्म करने का संयंत्र एवं प्रणाली संबधित विभाग के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप होनी चाहिये।
(iii) In case the provisions related to the solar energy plant are not ensured on the occasion, a penalty of Rs. 50/- per square meter (Rs. 100/- per square meter for hotels) will be levied on the building owner for the first year on the constructed area that is deemed suitable for penalizing. After this, if non-compliance continues, the penalty amount will be twice the amount due in the previous year.
(iii) उपरोक्तानुसार सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्र संबंधी व्यवस्था मौके पर सुनिश्चित नहीं किए जाने की दशा में भवन निर्माता से 50/- रूपये प्रति वर्गमीटर (होटल हेतु रू. 100/- प्रति वर्गमीटर) गणना योग्य निर्मित क्षेत्र पर पहले वर्ष में पेनल्टी ली जावेगी, इसके पश्चात अनुपालना नहीं होने पर पेनल्टी की राशि प्रतिवर्ष पूर्व वर्ष में देय राशि की दोगुनी वसूल की जावेगी ।
