(B) Convenient shops / Establishment
लघु व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान / दुकानें
(i) If the provision for public parking is included in the plan, then it will not be necessary to provide separate parking in land parcels up to 50 square meters for small commercial establishments/shops, and According to Table-4 of Regulation 10.7 (i) it shall be mandatory to leave the front setback, for plots larger than 50 square meters the provision of parking within the plot as per Regulation 12.1, and leaving the setback in front will be mandatory as per Table-4 of Regulation 10.7(i).
(i) यदि योजना में सार्वजनिक पार्किंग का प्रावधान रखा गया हो तो 50 व भी क्षेत्रफल तक के भूखण्डो में पृथक से पार्किंग प्रावधान किया जाना आवश्यक नहीं होगा, तथा विनियम 10.7 (i) की तालिका-4 के अनुसार सामने का सैटबैक छोड़ा जाना अनिवार्य होगा 50 वर्गमीटर से बडे भूखण्डो में भूखण्ड के अन्दर विनियम 121 के अनुसार पार्किंग प्रावधान तथाविनियम 10.7 (1) की तालिका-4 के अनुसार सामने का सैटबैक छोड़ा जाना अनिवार्य होगा।
(ii) In commercial areas with an area of up to 500 square meters adjoining the main road, it will not be mandatory to leave a side setback for the construction of up to 2 floors. However, a boundary wall will not be constructed in this setback area, and this area will be dedicated for public parking.
(ii) मुख्य सड़क से लगते हुए पंक्तिबद्ध (Row of Building /Plots) 500 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल तक वाणिज्यिक क्षेत्रों में अधिकतम भूतल 2 मजिलो के निर्माण हेतु साइड सैटबैंक छोड़ा जाना अनिवार्य नहीं होगा किन्तु अय सैटबैंक में बाउण्ड्री वाल का निर्माण नहीं किया जायेगा व यह क्षेत्र सार्वजनिक पार्किंग हेतु समर्पित किया जाना होगा।

Front setback shall be as per Table-4 according to the width of the road
Parking standards shall be as per Table-8
