10.2.2 Commercial Building
10.2.2 वाणिज्यिक भवन
(C) Cinema Multiplex/Miniplex
(ग) सिनेमा/मल्टीप्लेक्सस/मिनीप्लेक्स (Cinema Multiplex/Miniplex)-
(i) The construction of cinema/multiplex/mini-plex will be in accordance with the provisions of Rajasthan Cinema (Regulation) Act 1962 and Rajasthan Cinema (Regulation) Rules, 1959.
(i) सिनेमा/मल्टीप्लेक्स/मिनीप्लेक्स का निर्माण “राजस्थान सिनेमा (रेग्यूलेशन) एक्ट 1962* एवं राजस्थान सिनेमा (रेग्यूलेशन) नियम, 1959 के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप होगा।
(ii) Separate entry and exit doors will be provided for cinema/multiplex, and their number will be determined in such a way that the nearest door is not more than 15 meters away from any seat. Minimum of 2 entry and exit doors will be provided, while for mini-plexes, in addition to minimum one entry and exit door, at least one emergency exit door will be provided as per the provisions of the Cinematograph Act.
(ii) सिनेमा/मल्टीप्लेक्स हेतु प्रवेश व निकास द्वार पृथक-पृथक होगे तथा इनकी संख्या का निर्धारण इस प्रकार किया जावेगा कि निकटतम द्वार किसी सीट से 15 मीटर से अधिक दूरी पर ना हो। न्यूनतम 2 प्रवेश तथा 2 निकास द्वार दिये जाने आवश्यक होगे। मिनिप्लेक्स हेतु न्यूनतम एक प्रवेश द्वार एवं एक निकास द्वार के अतिरिक्त कम से कम एक आपातकालीन निकास द्वार सिनेमाटोग्राफी एक्ट के प्रावधान अनुसार दिया जाना आवश्यक होगा।
(iii) For mini-plex/cinema up to 150 seats, the plot should be on a road that is a minimum of 18 meters wide in large cities and a minimum of 12 meters wide in medium/small cities. For cinema/mini-plex with more than 150 seats and up to 300 seats, the plot should be on a road that is a minimum of 24 meters wide in large cities and a minimum of 18 meters wide in medium/small cities. For mini-plex/cinema with more than 300 seats, the plot should be on a road that is a minimum of 30 meters wide in large cities and a minimum of 24 meters wide in medium/small cities.
(iii) 150 सीटो तक के मिनीप्लेक्स/ सिनेमा हेतु भूखण्ड बड़े शहरोंमें न्यूनतम 18 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरो में न्यूनतम 12 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क, 150 सीटो से अधिक 300 सीटो तक हेतु भूखण्ड बड़े शहरोंमे न्यूनतम 24 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरोंमें न्यूनतम 18 मीटर चौडी सड़क तथा 300 सीटो से अधिक हेतु भूखण्ड न्यूनतम बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 30 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरोंमें न्यूनतम 24 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क पर होना आवश्यक है।
(iv) The parking facilities will be in accordance with Table 12.1 and the prescribed standards for cinema/mini-plex/multiplex.
(iv) पार्किंग तालिका 12.1 व सिनेमा/मिनीप्लेक्स/मल्टीप्लेक्स हेतु निर्धारित मानदण्डों के अनुरूप होगे।
(v) In case of multiple cinema screens in a plot, the fulfillment of the minimum criteria for the total number of seats will be mandatory as per the following table:
(v) किसी भूखण्ड पर एक से अधिक सिनेमा स्क्रीन निम्न तालिका के अनुसार कुल सीटो हेतु न्यूनतम मापदण्डो की पूर्ति करने पर देय होगी।

*For the construction of multi-storey buildings on plots with an area of 2000 square meters or more, located on roads with a minimum width of 30 meters in large cities and 24 meters in medium-sized cities, the height of the building shall be in accordance with the regulation of 10.10.
Cinema Multiplex/Miniplex building norms as per bye laws
Side Setback, Rear Setback, Height and BAR Standards shall be per Table-1
Front setback shall be as per Table-4 according to the width of the road
Parking standards shall be as per Table-8
