Regulation 3 नगरीय क्षेत्र(Urban Area)–
The urban area is divided into five areas according to the areas described below.
नगरीय क्षेत्र को नीचे वर्णित क्षेत्रों के अनुसार पॉच क्षेत्रों में विभाजित किया गया है
The residential area of the villages in the rural area falling under the urban area is managed by the Gram Panchayat
1. क्षेत्र एस-1 (Area S-1) नगरीय क्षेत्र के अतर्गत आने वाले ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के ग्रामों का आबादी क्षेत्र जो ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा प्रबन्धित है।
2 क्षेत्र एस-2 (Area S2) नगरीय क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाला चार दीवारी क्षेत्र।
Walled city areas falling under the urban area.
3. क्षेत्र एस-3 (Area S-3) नगरीय क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत स्थित चार दीवारी क्षेत्र को छोड़कर अन्य गैर योजनागत सघन आबादी क्षेत्र अथवा नगरीय क्षेत्र में सम्मिलित होने से पूर्व ग्राम पंचायत के अधीन रहा सघन आबादी क्षेत्र।
Barring Wall city areas located under the urban area, other non-plan dense populated residential area or densely populated residential area under Gram Panchayat before joining the urban area.
4. क्षेत्र एस-4 (Area S-4) इन विनियमों के प्रभाव में आने से पूर्व के स्वीकृत योजना क्षेत्र।
Approved planned scheme areas before these regulations came into effect.
5. क्षेत्र एस-5 (Area S-5) एस 1, एस-2, एस 3 एस-4 को छोड़कर शेष समस्त नगरीय क्षेत्र ।
Remaining all urban areas except S1, S-2, S3 & S4.
