Environmental conditions related to building construction that will also be applicable in environment-friendly housing.
भवन निर्माण से संबंधित पर्यावरणीय शतै जो कि पर्यावरण मैत्री हाउसिंग में भी उपयोग की जावेगी।
(a) Mandatory for total constructed area between 5000 square meters and 20000 square meters.

| 1 | Natural ventilation | The inlet and outlet points of the natural ventilation system will be placed correctly to ensure unobstructed water flow. The channel size should be sufficient to ensure unrestricted water flow. |
| 2 | Water conservation, rainwater harvesting, and groundwater recharge | A rainwater harvesting plan needs to be designed, which includes recharge pits/borewells (at least one for every 5000 square meters of total constructed area). Rainwater collected should be stored in tanks for reuse in household activities. All this will be done through a separate water tank and pipeline system so that it cannot be mixed with the drinking water supply of Jaipur. Any excess harvested rainwater should be connected to the tube well through the pipeline system after being treated for cleanliness. |

| (a) | The discharge drain of the sewage treatment plant should be at least 10 meters away from the building, if installed. If it is less than 10 meters away, the discharge drain should be raised 3 meters above the building. | |
| 6 | Green Cover | At least 2 trees will be planted per 50 square meters of land, and their care will be taken into account. Existing trees will also be considered for planting. Local species of trees will be prioritized for planting. |

| 2 | जल सरक्षण वर्षा जल संग्रहण और भू-जल पुनर्भरण | एक वर्षा संग्रहण योजना को डिजाइन करने की आवश्यकता है जिसमे पुनर्भरण छिद्रो/बोर (5000 वर्ग मीटर सकल निर्मित क्षेत्र पर कम से कम एक) दिया जाएगा। वर्षा से संग्रहीत जल को घरेलू कार्यों में पुनः उपयोग के लिए टैंक में इकट्ठा करना चाहिए। यह सब एक पृथक पानी की टंकी और पाईप लाईन की व्यवस्था के द्वारा किया जाएगा ताकि यह जयपुर जलापूर्ति के पेयजल में न मिल सके। अतिरिक्त संग्रहीत किये हुए बरसाती जल को इसकी सफाई की व्यवस्था के बाद पाइप लाईन के द्वारा परिसर में ट्यूबवेल बोर से जोडना चाहिए। |

| 5 | वायु की गुणवता एवं शोर | निर्माण कार्य के दौरान धूल, धुआँ और कूड़ा-करकट रोकथाम मापांक जैसे कि स्क्रीन, मोरचाबंदी (Barricading) लगाई जाएगी। स्थल पर रेत और सामग्री लाने वाले ट्रकों केलिए प्लास्टिक / तिरपाल के कवरों का उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए। |
| 5. (क) | डी. जी. सैट की निकास नली, यदि लगाई गई हो, भवन से कम से कम 10 मीटर की दूरी पर हो। यदि वह 10 मीटर से कम की दूरी पर है तो निकास नली को भवन से 3 मीटर उपर उठाया जाना चाहिए। | |
| 6 | हरित कवर | प्रति 50 वर्ग मीटर भूमि के लिए कम से कम 2 पेड लगाया जाएगा और इसकी देखभाल की जाएगी। इस उद्देश्य के लिए विद्यमान पेडों को भी माना जाएगा। पेडों की स्थानीय प्रजातिया लगाने को वरीयता दी जानी चाहिए। |
| 6. (क) | जहा पेड़ों को काटने की आवश्यकता हो तो 1:3 के अनुपात (1 पेड़ के | कटने पर 3 पेड़ लगाना) में इस आबंध के साथ प्रतिपूरक पेड़ लगाए जाएंगे कि ऐसे पेड़ों का रखरखाव किया जाएगा। |
