Deciding between doing your own business or joining the family business

There are two stitution  one is current stage and other is in student stage , one is short tems goals  and other is long terms goals 

For short terms goals : कबीर का एक दोहा है काल करे सो आज कर आज करे सो अब पल में परले होएगी बहुरी करेगा कब 

When I was student , Reduce pendency, If you have to make drawings in architecture, it takes a little time in the first years, but as you mature and grow older, you start understanding which work is urgent, which is important, which is urgent but not important. Yes but not urgent So it’s how you play with the things 

That can friend , movies , road trip , historical place  and something new or anything that press your refresh button in your life. When student think I can not persue further then take a break , think about it in your own pace. 

My motivation is only to keep the legacy going. My motivation is only that whatever my father has built, I should not be the one to let it fail. It might be that three or four generations down the line, someone might decide that they don’t want to continue this, but for me, it is all about taking the legacy forward. Today, wherever my father has brought the business and handed it over to us, it is our responsibility to grow it. It is similar to when your parents tell you to take care of something, and you genuinely do. So, what is your intent? Your intent is to take care of it.

In my fourth year, I went for an internship in Pune. It was a six-month internship, which is a part of academics and is a mandatory internship. During this time, I realized how difficult it is to do a job and how difficult it is to run something on your own, especially when you don’t have money. It made me realize that we are in a very comfortable situation because our parents have already set up so much for us. It’s only that we have to scale up; we won’t face the initial teething issues that come with setting things up from scratch. After that training, I realized that the family business is the best option for me. There is no point in looking for jobs or starting something on your own when there is already an established setup.
