4.11 विशेष प्रकृति के भवन (Special Category Building/Iconic Building) :-

विशेष प्रकृति के ऐसे भवन जिनमें आर्किटेक्चरल अथवा भवन के महत्व के दृष्टिगत रखते हुए अथवा ऐसे भवन जो कि आवासीय / पर्यटन इकाई/वाणिज्यिक /संस्थागत / औद्योगिक भवन की प्रकृति में नहीं आते हैं एवं यहां मानदण्ड निर्धारित नहीं है, तो ऐसे भवनों में भवन निर्माण के विशिष्ट मापदण्ड भवन विनियम हेतु गठित कमेटी की अनुशंषा पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किये जा सकेंगे।

For buildings of a special nature, which are of architectural or structural significance, or for such buildings that do not fall under the categories of residential, tourism unit, commercial, institutional, or industrial buildings, and for which specific standards have not been prescribed in these regulations —
the distinct building parameters and construction norms for such buildings may be determined by the State Government based on the recommendations of the Committee constituted for Building Regulations.
