उपर्युक्त विषयान्तर्गत कार्यालय के क्षेत्राधीन पंजीकृत गृह निर्माण सहकारी समितियों के संबंध में दिए गये निर्देशों के क्रम में चाही गई सूचना यथा विभिन्न समय पर प्रचलित सहकारिता अधिनियम के तहत् पंजीकृत समितियों की सूचना, वर्ष 2019 से आज दिनांक तक सहकारिता अधिनियम 2001 की धारा 58 के अंतर्गत कुल प्राप्त एवं विचाराधीन वादों की संख्या, समय-समय पर प्रचलित विभिन्न उपनियम, समितियों द्वारा सृजित आवासीय योजनाएं, पुलिस तहरीरों की संख्या एवं अवसायनाधीन समितियों की सूचना बिन्दुवार निम्नानुसार प्रस्तुत है –

Subject: In continuation of the instructions regarding registered housing cooperative societies under the jurisdiction of this office, the requested information is hereby presented point-wise as follows. The details include information about societies registered under different Cooperative Acts in force at various times, the number of total cases received and pending under Section 58 of the Rajasthan Cooperative Act, 2001 from 2019 till date, rules/bylaws in force from time to time, housing schemes created by the societies, number of police reports filed, and information regarding societies under liquidation.

उपर्युक्त विषयान्तर्गत संदर्भित पत्र के क्रम में लेख है कि संयुक्त शासन सचिव गृह ग्रुप-5, विभाग राजस्थान सरकार के बैठक दिनांक 23.06.2023 में भूमियो पर अनाधिकृत कब्जे, गृह निर्माण सहकारी समितियों द्वारा एक ही भूखंड को बार-बार बेचान करने एवं भूमि से संबंधित अन्य अनियमितताओं के संबंध में आम जन को धोखाधडी से बचाने हेतु गृह निर्माण सहकारी समितियों से संबंधित जानकारी आमजन को उपलब्ध कराने हेतु जेडीए की बेबसाईट पर अपलोड कराने बावत निर्देशित किया गया है। उक्त निर्देशों की पालना में यू.ओ. नोट के साथ संलग्न विभिन्न गृह निर्माण सहकारी समितियों से संबंधित सूचना को जेडीए वेबसाईट पर अविलम्ब अपलोड करावें। अपलोड करवाकर मूल पत्रावली वापिस प्रकोष्ठ को भिजवाने का श्रम करें।

Subject: Regarding compliance with the directions issued concerning unauthorized encroachments on lands, repeated sale of the same plot by housing co-operative societies, and other irregularities related to land.

Reference: Minutes of the meeting dated 23.06.2023 of the Joint Secretary, Home Group-5, Department of Home, Government of Rajasthan.

In continuation of the above-referred letter, it is stated that in the meeting held on 23.06.2023 under the Chairmanship of the Joint Secretary, Home Group-5, Department of Home, Government of Rajasthan, directions were issued to upload on the JDA website the information related to housing co-operative societies, in order to protect the general public from frauds relating to unauthorized encroachments, repeated sale of the same plot by societies, and other land-related irregularities.

In compliance with the said directions, the information relating to various housing co-operative societies, as enclosed with this U.O. Note, may kindly be uploaded on the JDA website immediately. After uploading, the original file may kindly be returned to the concerned cell.
