4.9 आमोद-प्रमोद (Recreational) :-

1. एम्यूजमेन्ट पार्क (Amusement Park) :-

(i) भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 1 हेक्टेयर होगा व सड़क की न्यूनतम चौडाई बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 30 मीटर व मध्यम / लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर होगी।

(i) The minimum plot area shall be 1 hectare, and the minimum road width shall be 30 meters in large cities and 24 meters in medium/small cities.

(ii) तकनीकी मानदण्ड यथा सैटबैक, बी.ए.आर., भू-आच्छादन, ऊँचाई आदि तालिका-1 के अनुसार अनुज्ञेय होंगे।

(ii) The technical standards, such as setbacks, FAR, ground coverage, and height, shall be permissible as per Table–1.

(iii) खुले क्षेत्र में लगाये जाने वाले मनोरंजन के उपकरण / झूले, आच्छादन में शामिल नहीं किये जायेंगे एवं इनकी ऊँचाई आवश्यकता अनुसार अनुज्ञेय की जा सकेगी, तालिका -1 में अंकित ऊँचाई इनके लिये लागू नहीं होगी। लेकिन उक्त ऊँचाई हेतु जहाँ कहीं भी आवश्यक हो भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (Airport Authority) से अनापत्ति प्रमाण-पत्र लिया जाना आवश्यक होगा।

(iii) Recreational rides/equipment installed in open areas shall not be included in the covered area, and their height may be permitted as required. The height restrictions specified in Table–1 shall not apply to such equipment. However, where necessary, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) must be obtained from the Airport Authority of India for such height.

(iv) प्रत्येक 50 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल के लिए कम से कम दो वृक्ष के अनुपात में बडे वृक्ष जो 6 मी. या इससे अधिक ऊंचाई ग्रहण कर सकते हों, लगाने होंगे।

(iv) A minimum of two large trees, capable of growing to a height of 6 meters or more, shall be planted for every 50 sq. meters of plot area.

(v) पार्किंग का प्रावधान तालिका-16 के अनुसार देय होगें।

(v) Parking provisions shall be made as per Table–16.

2. स्पोर्टस् काम्पलेक्स (Sports Complex) :-

(i) भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 5000 व.मी. होना आवश्यक है।

(i) The minimum plot area shall be 5,000 square meters.

(ii) सड़क की न्यूनतम चौडाई बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर होगी।

(ii) The minimum road width shall be 24 meters in large cities and 18 meters in medium/small cities.

(iii) पार्किंग का प्रावधान तालिका-16 के अनुसार देय होगें।

(iii) Parking provisions shall be made as per Table–16.
