प्रथम वलय

द्वितीय वलय

षोडस कारण भावना गुण अर्ध्यावली

चाल छंद (ऐ मेरे वतन के )

दर्शन को सम्यक कीना, सम्यक दर्शन पा लीना ।

जड़ चेतन भेद को जाना, चेतन का ध्यान लगाना ।।13।।

ॐ ह्रीं दर्शन विशुद्धि गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

थे विनय महागुण धारी, अभिमान की शक्ति हारी । झुककर आतम को पाया, झुकने में आनंद आया ।।4।।

ॐ ह्रीं विनय सम्पन्न भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

जो शील सहित है प्राणी, रक्षा करती जिनवाणी । हो शील महाव्रत धारी, शरणा हम आये तिहारी । 15।।

ॐ ह्रीं शीलव्रतनिरतिचार भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

जो ज्ञान आपने पाया, उससे आतम को ध्याया । हम जग में उसे लगाते, इससे ही दुख को पाते ।।16।।

ॐ ह्रीं अभीक्ष्ण ज्ञानोपयोग भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा।

जग तज भोगों को छोड़ा, आतम से नाता जोड़ा । हम लीन उसी में रहते, दुख पाने पर हम कहते । ।17 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं संवेग भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

बस त्याग धर्म अपनायें, नहि शक्ति कभी छिपायें । हम त्याग की शक्ति पायें, जग त्याग आत्म को ध्यायें ।।18।।

ॐ ह्रीं शक्तितस्त्याग भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

शक्ति से तप भी करते, तप से जड़ कर्म को हरते । तप ने तन को चमकाया, तप से सौभाग्य जगाया ।।19 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं शक्तितस्तपो भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

‘साधु समाधि’ करवाते, मुक्ति पथ सहज बनाते । हम भी समाधि से जायें, इक दिन मुक्ति सुख पायें । 120 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं साधु समाधि भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

वैयावृत्ति करते हैं, तन मन के दुख हरते हैं । सेवा साधन बतलाया, तीर्थकर पद को पाया । । 21 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं वैय्यावृत्य करण भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा।

अरिहंत भक्ति सुखकारी, सुख पावें शरण तिहारी । भक्ति शुभ भाव बनाये, चरणों में शीश झुकाये ।। 22 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं अरहंत भक्ति भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा।

मुक्ति पथ पर चलते हैं, संग शिष्य वहां पलते हैं । आचार्य भक्ति को गाऊं, चरणों में शीश झुकाऊं । ।। 23 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं बहुश्रुत भक्ति भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा।

जो हैं शास्त्रों के ज्ञाता, मिलती छाया में साता । ज्ञानी की भक्ति करता, तब मेरा ज्ञान भी बढ़ता। ।। 24 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं बहुश्रुत भक्ति भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा।

आतम के वचन सुहाते, प्रवचन भक्ति को ध्याते । प्रवचन में श्रद्धा भारी, मिटती है विपदा सारी। ।। 25।।

ॐ ह्रीं प्रवचन करण भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा।

आवश्यक कार्य हमारे पूरे कर दुःख निवारे । उनकी भक्ति को गाऊं, चरणों में अर्घ्य चढ़ाऊं ।। 26 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं आवश्यकापरिहाणि भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

आतम का धर्म है सच्चा, जिन धर्म है अबसे अच्छा। हर हृदय में दीप जलाना, जिनधर्म जगत फैलाना ।। 27।।

ॐ ह्रीं मार्ग प्रभावना भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

वात्सल्य सभी से करते, नहि द्वेष भाव को धरते । फिर भी आतम के ध्यानी, सच्ची है तेरी वाणी ।। 28 ।।

ॐ ह्रीं प्रवचन वात्सल्य भावना गुण युक्त श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा ।

पूर्णार्घ्यं (दोहा)

सोलह भाव को भा बने, तीर्थकर महावीर । शक्ति रख हम भावते, मिले मुक्ति का तीर ।।

ॐ ह्रीं तृतीय वलये षोडस कारण भावना सहित श्री महावीर जिनेन्द्राय नमः अर्घ्यं निर्वपामीति स्वाहा। (श्री फल चढ़ायें)

चतुर्थ वलय

English Translation

To attain true perception, to achieve the vision of truth, To discern the difference between the inert and the conscious, To focus the mind on consciousness. ||13||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Pure in perception and endowed with virtues. So be it.

He possessed the great virtue of humility, Overcoming the power of ego. Bending down, he found the self, In humility, he found joy. ||4||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Endowed with humility and noble sentiments. So be it.

The sentient beings, along with their conduct, Are protected by the teachings of Jina. Holding the great vow of conduct, We seek refuge in you, O Mahavira. ||15||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Abiding in the vow of virtuous conduct. So be it.

Contemplating the knowledge he attained, We meditate on the soul. Embracing it in the world, Attaining liberation from sorrow. ||16||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose knowledge is utilized for enlightenment. So be it.

Renouncing worldly pleasures, breaking ties with possessions, Connecting with the self, we remain absorbed in it. When faced with suffering, we declare, ||17||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Endowed with the virtue of intensity. So be it.

Embracing the dharma of renunciation, Never hiding the power of strength. Attaining the strength of renunciation, we meditate on self, Abandoning the world, contemplating the soul. ||18||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose strength is utilized for renunciation. So be it.

With the power, they also perform penance, Penance destroys inert actions. Penance makes the body radiant, Penance awakens fortune. ||19||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose penance is imbued with virtues. So be it.

Guiding into ‘Sadhana Samadhi,’ Making the path to liberation straightforward. We too shall attain Samadhi, One day, experiencing the bliss of liberation. ||20||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose meditative absorption leads to liberation. So be it.

Performing vows, alleviating the sufferings of body and mind,
Service explained as a means, attaining the position of a Tirthankara. ||21||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Endowed with the virtue of Vaiyavritya (Service). So be it.

Devotion to the Arhats, bringing happiness, Finding refuge, Sukhdevi is the abode of joy.
Cultivating auspicious devotion, bowing at the feet. ||22||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose devotion is imbued with virtues. So be it.

Walking the path to liberation, Disciples accompany and turn back there.
Singing the praises of the Acharya’s devotion, Bowing at his feet. ||23||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose devotion is manifold. So be it.

Those who understand the scriptures, Find shelter in the shade.
He who worships the knowledgeable, My knowledge also increases. ||24||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose devotion is manifold. So be it.

One who delights in the soul’s words, Contemplates devotion in the discourse.
Profound faith in the discourse, Dissolves all troubles. ||25||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose discourse is imbued with virtues. So be it.

Completing essential tasks, removing all sorrows,

Singing their devotion, offering obeisance at their feet. ||26||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Endowed with the virtue of Aavashyaka Parihani (Completion of essential tasks). So be it.

“The soul’s duty is true, The best religion is the Jina’s religion.
Ignite a lamp in every heart, Spread the Jina’s religion in the world. ||27||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose influence is profound. So be it.

“Showing compassion to everyone, Holding no feelings of animosity.
Yet, a meditator on the soul, Your words are truly profound. ||28||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Whose compassion is loving towards all. So be it.

Complete homage. Sixteen Bhavas should become Bhaga, Tirthankara Mahavira.
Possessing strength, we meditate on you, Attain the ford of liberation. ||

Om Hreem, I offer this homage to Lord Mahavira, Along with the sixteenth Bhava in the third Valaya. So be it.
