5. ग्रुप हाउसिंग (Group Housing) :

6. स्टुडियो अपार्टमेंट (Studio Apartment) :

(i) स्टुडियो अपार्टमेंट हेतु भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 750 वर्गमीटर से अधिक एवं सड़क की चौड़ाई न्यूनतम 12 मीटर होना आवश्यक होगा।

(i) For studio apartments, the minimum plot area shall be more than 750 sq. m., and the minimum road width shall be 12 metres.
(ii) 5000 व.मी से कम क्षेत्रफल के भूखण्ड पर स्टुडियो अपार्टमेंट प्रस्तावित होने पर फ्लेट्स हेतु निर्धारित मापदण्ड लागू होगें एवं 5000 व.मी व इससे अधिक क्षेत्रफल के भूखण्ड पर ग्रुप हाउसिंग हेतु निर्धारित मापदण्ड लागू होगें।

(ii) For plots measuring less than 5000 sq. m., the standards prescribed for Flats shall apply; and for plots measuring 5000 sq. m. or more, the standards prescribed for Group Housing shall apply.
(iii) स्टुडियो अपार्टमेंट प्रस्तावित होने पर पार्किंग का प्रावधान तालिका-16 के अनुसार किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।
(iii) Where studio apartments are proposed, provision for parking shall be made mandatorily as per Table-16.
