4.8 औद्योगिक भवन (Industrial Building) :-

(i) एस-4, एस-5 व एस-6 क्षेत्रों में स्थित औद्योगिक योजनाओं में औद्योगिक भवनों के भवन मानचित्र अनुमोदन हेतु “रीको” (RIICO) के प्रचलित नियमों / भवन विनियमों आदि के अनुसार मापदण्ड रखते हुए स्वीकृति दी जा सकेगी।

(i) In industrial schemes located in S-4, S-5, and S-6 zones, building plan approval for industrial buildings shall be granted as per the prevailing rules and building regulations of RIICO (Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation), maintaining the prescribed standards.

(ii) औद्योगिक उपयोग के एकल भूखण्डों (ऐसे भूखण्ड जो किसी औद्योगिक योजना के भाग नहीं हो) पर इन विनियमों के अनुसार सैटबैक रखे जाने होंगे एवं अन्य मापदण्ड “रीको” (RIICO) के प्रचलित नियमों/भवन विनियमों आदि के अनुसार निर्धारित कर स्वीकृति दी जा सकेगी।

(ii) For individual industrial plots (i.e., plots that are not part of any industrial scheme), the setbacks shall be provided as per these building regulations, and other standards shall be determined and approved in accordance with RIICO’s prevailing rules and building regulations.

(iii) उक्त क्षेत्रों में स्थित औद्योगिक भवनों की भवन निर्माण स्वीकृति विनियम-11 में वर्णित सक्षम अधिकारी अधिकृत होंगे।

(iii) In the above-mentioned areas, building plan approval for industrial buildings shall be granted by the competent authority authorized under Regulation-11.
