10.2.6 पर्यटन ईकाई भवन (Tourism Unit Building)
(a) होटल (Hotel)
Apart from hotels already approved under these regulations, new proposed hotel constructions will be permitted on land parcels of all sizes.
इन विनियमों के पूर्व स्वीकृता विद्यमान होटल भवनों के अतिरिक्त नव-प्रस्तावित होटल निर्माण सभी क्षेत्रफल के भूखण्डों पर अनुज्ञेय होंगे।
(i) For new constructions, the minimum width of the proposed road should be 18 meters in large cities and 12 meters in medium-sized cities.
(i) नये निर्माण हेतु प्रस्तावित सड़क की चौड़ाई बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मी. व मध्यमालघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 12 मीटर होने पर ही अनुज्ञेय होगा।
(ii) The hotel purpose proposed buildings should comply with the standard FAR of 4.00 and other technical standards such as setbacks, ground coverage, etc. will be permitted based on Table-1.
(ii) होटल प्रयोजनार्थ प्रस्तावित भवनों में मानक बी. ए. आर 4.00 देय होगा तथा अन्य तकनीकी मानदण्ड पथा सैटबैक, ग्राउण्ड कवरेज इत्यादि तालिका-1 के अनुसार अनुज्ञेय होगे।
(ब) मोटल/ रिसोर्ट (Motel/ Resort)
Motel/Resorts will be permitted in the residential/ecological/peripheral control belt /fringe area and the Highway Development Control Plan area and rural areas.
मोटल/रिसोर्ट, मास्टर प्लान के आवासीय / पारिस्थितिकी /परिधि नियंत्रण क्षेत्र/ फ्रिन्ज एरिया हाईवे डवलेपमेंट कंट्रोल योजना क्षेत्र एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में अनुज्ञेय होंगी।
(i) The minimum land area for a resort will be 8000 square meters, and for a motel, it will be 3000 square meters.
(i) रिसोर्ट के लिए भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 8000 वर्ग मीटर होगा एवं मोटल हेतु भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 3000 वर्ग मीटर होगा।
(ii) Motels/resorts are not allowed on roads less than 12 meters wide in small towns and less than 18 meters wide in large cities.
(ii) मोटल/रिसोर्ट बड़े शहरों में 18 मीटर व मध्यमा लघु शहरों में 12 मीटर से कम चौड़ी सड़क पर अनुज्ञेय नहीं होंगे।
(iii) In the land area of the motel, a minimum of 10% of the area of the land parcel should be reserved for a motor repairing workshop
(iii) मोटल के भूखण्ड में भूखण्ड क्षेत्रफल का न्यूनतम 10 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र मोटर रिपेयरिंग वर्कशॉप हेतु आरक्षित करना होगा।
Side Setback, Rear Setback, Height and BAR Standards shall be per Table-1
Front setback shall be as per Table-4 according to the width of the road
Parking standards shall be as per Table-8
