4.3 General Rules of Residential

7. फार्म हाउस (Farm House) / पर्यावरण मैत्री आवास (Eco Friendly House) :-

(i) फार्म हाउस / पर्यावरण मैत्री आवास के निर्माण हेतु मापदण्ड तालिका-1 के बिन्दु संख्या 2 के अनुसार रखे जाने होगें।

(i) The standards for construction of farm houses / eco-friendly houses shall be as prescribed under point number 2 of Table-1.

(ii) फार्म हाउस/पर्यावरण मैत्री आवास के भूखण्डों पर निर्मित आवासीय भवन के अतिरिक्त खुले क्षेत्र का उपयोग कृषि/कृषि आधारित उपयोग / वृक्षारोपण /नर्सरी/ऑर्चाड आदि हेतु किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।

(ii) In addition to the constructed residential building on the farm house / eco-friendly house plots, the open area shall mandatorily be used for agriculture / agriculture-based use / plantation / nursery / orchard, etc.
