2. परिभाषाएँ (Definitions) :
2.8 An ‘Occupancy Certificate‘ is a document issued by a competent authority in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 17.
2.8 ‘अधिवास प्रमाण-पत्र (Occupancy Certificate) से अभिप्रेत ऐसे प्रमाण पत्र से है जो विनियम संख्या 17 की पालना पूर्ण करने पर सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया जाये।
2.9 ‘Plinth’ refers to the part of the structure located between the ground floor and the main road level in front of the basement floor and basement floor slab.
2.9 ‘कुर्सी’ (Plinth) से भू-तल फर्श के धरातल और भूखण्ड के सामने के मुख्य सड़क के तल के बीच की संरचना का भाग, अभिप्रेत है।
2.10 ‘Plinth Area‘ refers to the covered area on the basement roof or ground floor level of a building.
2.10 ‘कुर्सी क्षेत्र (Plinth Area ) से भवन के बेसमेन्ट की छत या भू-मंजिल के फर्श के स्तर पर निर्मित आच्छादित क्षेत्र, अभिप्रेत है।
2.11 A ‘Coaching Centre/Institute’ is an educational institution operated by a society, trust, or group of individuals, with more than 10 students studying.
2.11 कोचिंग सेंटर (Coaching Centre / Institute) से कोई व्यक्ति सोसाइटी ट्रस्ट या व्यक्तियों के समूह द्वारा संचालित किये जाने वाला शैक्षणिक केन्द्र, जिसमें 10 से अधिक अभ्यर्थी अध्ययन करते हो, अभिप्रेत है।
2.12 A ‘Completion Certificate’ is a document issued by a competent authority upon the fulfillment of the provisions of Regulation 16.
2.12 पूर्णता प्रमाण-पत्र (Completion Certificate) से अभिप्रेत ऐसे प्रमाण पत्र से है जो विनियम संख्या 16 के प्रावधानों की पालना पूर्ण करने पर सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया जावे।
2.13 ‘Open to Sky’ refers to the portion of the plot which is open to the sky or covered with transparent or semi-transparent material.
2.13 ‘खुला स्थान’ (Open to Sky) से भूखण्ड का वह भाग जो आकाश की ओर खुला हो या पारदर्शी अथवा अर्धपारदर्शी मटिरियल से ढका हो, अभिप्रेत है।
2.14 ‘Gram Panchayat /Rural Local Body‘ refers to a gram panchayat constituted under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 1994.
2.14 ‘ग्राम पंचायत’ (Village Panchayat / Rural Local Body)से राजस्थान पंचायत अधिनियम संशोधन, 1994 के अन्तर्गत गठित ग्राम पंचायत, अभिप्रेत है।
2.15 A ‘Godown’ is a building or part of a building primarily used for storing inflammable or non-inflammable goods.
2.15 गोदाम (Godown) से कोई ऐसा भवन या किसी भवन का भाग है जो कि मुख्य रूप से सामान (ज्वलनशील/अज्वलनशील) के भण्डारण के लिए काम आता हो, अभिप्रेत है।
