(i) सड़क की न्यूनतम चौडाई बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर होगी।

(i) The minimum road width shall be 24 m in large cities and 18 m in medium/small towns.

(ii) ऑयल कंपनियों द्वारा जारी एल.ओ.आई./ स्वीकृत ले-आउट प्लान में वर्णित तकनीकी मापदण्ड उपरोक्त वर्णित न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल, माप एवं तालिका-1 में वर्णित तकनीकी मानदण्ड से भिन्न होने पर न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल, माप एवं तकनीकी मानदण्ड एल.ओ.आई./ स्वीकृत ले-आउट प्लान के अनुसार मान्य होंगे।

(ii) If the technical standards specified in the Letter of Intent (L.O.I.) / approved layout plan issued by oil companies differ from the above-mentioned minimum plot size, dimensions, and technical standards of Table–1, then the minimum plot size, dimensions, and technical standards as per the L.O.I. / approved layout plan shall prevail.

(iii) उपरोक्त न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल से अधिक क्षेत्रफल के भूखण्ड पर पेट्रोल पम्प / सीएनजी/ एलपीजी फिलिंग स्टेशन प्रस्तावित होने पर अतिरिक्त भूमि पर इन गतिविधियों से संबंधित गतिविधि ही अनुज्ञेय होगी, ऐसी कोई गतिविधि जिस पर ज्वलनशील सामग्री का उपयोग होता हो अनुज्ञेय नहीं की जायेगी।

(iii) If a petrol pump / CNG / LPG filling station is proposed on a plot larger than the above-mentioned minimum area, the additional land shall only be used for activities related to the filling station. Any activity involving the use of inflammable material shall not be permissible.

(iv) पेट्रोल पम्प एवं फिलिंग स्टेशन हेतु आवश्यक सुरक्षात्मक उपाय सम्बन्धित विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित मानदण्ड अनुसार किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा एवं इस सम्बन्ध से सम्पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी सम्बन्धित पेट्रोल पम्प एवं फिलिंग स्टेशन के स्वामी (L.O.I धारक) की होगी।

(iv) Necessary safety measures for petrol pumps and filling stations shall be carried out as per the standards prescribed by the competent department, and the complete responsibility in this regard shall lie with the owner of the petrol pump/filling station (L.O.I. holder).

(v) स्कूल, हॉस्पिटल (10 बेड एवं अधिक) और आवासीय क्षेत्र से नये पेट्रोल पम्प (फिल पॉइन्ट / डिस्पेन्सिंग यूनिट / वैन्ट पाईप जो भी नजदीक हो) की न्यूनतम 50 मी. दूरी आवश्यक है, यदि 50 मी. की दूरी रखा जाना संभव नहीं हो तो PESO द्वारा निर्धारित अतिरिक्त मानदण्डों की अनुपालना सुनिश्चित की जावे। किन्तु किसी भी दशा में स्कूल, हॉस्पिटल (10 बेड एवं अधिक) और आवासीय क्षेत्र से नये उक्तानुसार पेट्रोल पम्प की न्यूनतम दूरी 30 मी. से कम नहीं हो। पेट्रोल पम्प भूखण्ड के ऊपर से हाई टेंशन लाईन नहीं गुजर रही हो।

(v) A minimum distance of 50 m shall be required from new petrol pumps (filling point/dispensing unit/vent pipe—whichever is closest) to schools, hospitals (10 beds and above), and residential areas.
If maintaining a distance of 50 m is not feasible, compliance with additional standards prescribed by PESO shall be ensured. However, under no circumstances shall this distance be less than 30 m from schools, hospitals (10 beds and above), and residential areas.
Additionally, no high-tension line shall pass over the petrol pump plot.

5. सिनेमा/मल्टीप्लेक्स/मिनीप्लेक्स (Cinema/Multiplex/Miniplex):-

(i) सिनेमा / मल्टीप्लेक्स/मिनीप्लेक्स का निर्माण “राजस्थान सिनेमा (रेग्यूलेशन) एक्ट 1952” एवं “राजस्थान सिनेमा (रेग्यूलेशन) नियम, 1959 के प्रावधानों के अनुरूप होगा।

(i) The construction of cinema/multiplex/miniplex shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Cinema (Regulation) Act, 1952 and the Rajasthan Cinema (Regulation) Rules, 1959.

(ii) सिनेमा / मल्टीप्लेक्स हेतु प्रवेश व निकास द्वार पृथक-पृथक होंगे तथा इनकी संख्या का निर्धारण इस प्रकार किया जावेगा कि निकटतम द्वार किसी सीट से 15 मीटर से अधिक दूरी पर ना हो। न्यूनतम 2 प्रवेश तथा 2 निकास द्वार दिये जाने आवश्यक होगें। मिनिप्लेक्स हेतु न्यूनतम एक प्रवेश द्वार एवं एक निकास द्वार के अतिरिक्त कम से कम एक आपातकालीन निकास द्वार सिनेमाटोग्राफी एक्ट के प्रावधान अनुसार दिया जाना आवश्यक होगा।

(ii) Separate entry and exit gates shall be provided for cinema/multiplex. The number of such gates shall be determined so that the nearest gate is not more than 15 meters from any seat. A minimum of two entry gates and two exit gates shall be mandatory. For miniplexes, in addition to at least one entry and one exit gate, one emergency exit gate shall also be provided as per the provisions of the Cinematography Act.

(iii) 150 सीटों तक के मिनीप्लेक्स/सिनेमा हेतु भूखण्ड बडे शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर व मध्यम / लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 12 मीटर चौडी सडक, 150 सीटों से अधिक 300 सीटो तक हेतु भूखण्ड बडे शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर चौडी सडक तथा 300 सीटों से अधिक हेतु भूखण्ड न्यूनतम बडे शहरों में न्यूनतम 30 मीटर व मध्यम / लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर चौडी सडक पर होना आवश्यक है।

(iii)

  • For miniplex/cinema with up to 150 seats: the plot shall be located on a road of minimum 18 m width in large cities and 12 m width in medium/small towns.
  • For 151 to 300 seats: the plot shall be located on a road of minimum 24 m width in large cities and 18 m width in medium/small towns.
  • For more than 300 seats: the plot shall be located on a road of minimum 30 m width in large cities and 24 m width in medium/small towns.

(iv) पार्किंग तालिका 8 व सिनेमा/मिनीप्लेक्स / मल्टीप्लेक्स हेतु निर्धारित मानदण्डों के अनुरूप होंगे।

(iv) Parking shall be provided in accordance with Table-08 and the standards prescribed for cinema/miniplex/multiplex.

(v) किसी भूखण्ड पर एक से अधिक सिनेमा स्क्रीन निम्न तालिका के अनुसार कुल सीटों हेतु न्यूनतम मापदण्डों की पूर्ति करने पर देय होगी।

(v) More than one cinema screen may be permitted on a single plot, provided the minimum standards prescribed for the total number of seats (as per the relevant table) are fulfilled.

(vi) सिनेमा/ मल्टीप्लेक्स / मिनीप्लेक्स निर्माण हेतु तकनीकी मानदण्ड निम्नानुसार होगे :-

(vi) The technical standards for construction of cinema/multiplex/miniplex shall be as follows: (details to be given in subsequent clauses/tables).

टिप्पणी:

  • 2000 वर्गमीटर या उससे अधिक क्षेत्रफल वाले भूखण्डों पर तथा बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 30 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क व मध्यम/लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर चौड़ी सड़क पर स्थित भूखण्डों पर मल्टीप्लेक्स हेतु भवन की ऊँचाई विनियम 4.14 के अनुसार देय होगी।

4.4 वाणिज्यिक भवन (Commercial Building) :-

3. वाणिज्यिक परिसर :-
किसी भी प्रकार वाणिज्यिक परिसर, कार्यालय परिसर, रेस्टोरेन्ट, बैंक आदि हेतु मापदण्ड योजना होने पर योजना के अन्यथा तालिका-01 के अनुसार रखे जाने अनिर्वाय होंगे।

3. Commercial Complex:

For any type of commercial complex, office complex, restaurant, bank, etc., if part of a planned scheme, the standards shall follow the scheme provisions; otherwise, compliance with Table-01 shall be mandatory.

4. गेस्ट हाउस (Guest House) / लोजिंग एवं बोर्डिंग हाउस (Lodging & Boarding House)

(i) गेस्ट हाउस/लोजिंग एवं बोडिंग हाउस, व्यावसायिक / गेस्ट हाउस प्रयोजनार्थ जारी लीजडीड पर अनुज्ञेय होगा।
(ii) भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 500 वर्ग मीटर होगा।
(iii) बड़े शहरों में 18 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरों में 12 मीटर से कम प्रस्तावित सड़क पर अनुज्ञेय नहीं होंगे।
(iv) अन्य तकनीकी मानदण्ड यथा सैटबैक, बी.ए.आर.. भू-आच्छादन, ऊँचाई आदि तालिका-1 के अनुसार अनुज्ञेय होंगे।

4. Guest House / Lodging & Boarding House:

(i) Guest House / Lodging & Boarding House shall be permissible only on lease deeds issued for commercial / guest house purposes.
(ii) The minimum plot area shall be 500 sq. m.
(iii) In large cities, they shall not be permitted on proposed roads less than 18 m wide, and in medium/small towns, not on roads less than 12 m wide.
(iv) Other technical standards such as setbacks, FAR, ground coverage, height, etc., shall be permissible as per Table-01.

4.3 General Rules of Residential

4.4 वाणिज्यिक भवन (Commercial Building) :-

1. सामान्य नियम (General Rules) :-

(i) वाणिज्यिक भूखण्ड किसी स्वीकृत योजना का हिस्सा होने पर योजना के प्रावधान / पैरामीटर्स लागू होंगे व सड़क की चौड़ाई योजना अनुसार ही मान्य होगी अर्थात किसी योजना में 12 मीटर से कम चौडी सडक पर यदि दुकाने प्रस्तावित है तो उस पर निर्माण स्वीकृति दी जा सकती है। योजना में यदि किसी भूखण्ड पर भूतल पर शत प्रतिशत निर्माण अनुज्ञेय है तथा योजना में सार्वजनिक पार्किंग का प्रावधान रखा गया है तो वहाँ पृथक से पार्किंग का प्रावधान करना आवश्यक नहीं होगा एवं पार्किंग की पूर्ति हेतु कोई शुल्क भी देय नहीं होगा।

(i) Where a commercial plot forms part of an approved plan, the provisions/parameters of that plan shall apply, and the road width prescribed in the plan shall be considered valid. Accordingly, if shops are proposed on a road less than 12 meters wide as per the plan, building permission may be granted. If, in a plan, 100% construction on the ground floor is permissible on a particular plot and public parking has been provided for in the plan, then separate parking provision shall not be required, and no parking fee shall be payable to meet the parking requirement.


(ii) जिन व्यावसायिक योजनाओं में टाईप डिजाईन निर्धारित है, उनमें टाईप डिजाईन के आधार पर ही निर्माण स्वीकृति दी जावेगी। आंतरिक संरचना टाईप डिजाईन से भिन्न भी हो सकती है। यदि ऐसी पुरानी योजनाओं में वर्तमान परीपेक्ष्य में नवीन निर्माण किया जाना प्रस्तावित हो तो ऐसी योजनाओं का पुर्नविकास प्लान (Re-development Plan) तैयार किया जाकर ही तदानुसार नवीन भवन निर्माण स्वीकृतियां जारी की जानी होगी। एकल रूप में टाईप डिजाईन से भिन्न स्वीकृति नहीं दी जायेगी।

(ii) In commercial schemes where type designs have been specified, building permission shall be granted only on the basis of the approved type design. The internal layout may differ from the type design. If new construction is proposed in such older schemes in the present context, a Re-development Plan must first be prepared, and building permissions for new construction shall be granted accordingly. No individual approval deviating from the type design shall be granted.


(iii) वाणिज्यिक बहुमंजिला भवन 1000 वर्गमीटर से अधिक क्षेत्रफल के भूखण्ड एवं सड़क की चौड़ाई न्यूनतम 24 मीटर होने पर ही देय होंगे।

(iii) Commercial multi-storey buildings shall be permissible only on plots measuring more than 1,000 sq. m. in area and having a minimum road width of 24 meters.


(iv) 2500 वमी से अधिक क्षेत्रफल के वाणिज्यिक भूखण्डों पर तालिका-01 में अंकित आच्छादित क्षेत्र के स्थान पर अधिकतम आच्छादित क्षेत्र 50 प्रतिशत देय होगा।

(iv) For commercial plots of more than 2,500 sq. m. in area, in place of the covered area specified in Table-01, a maximum covered area of 50% shall be permissible.


(v) वाणिज्यिक भूखण्ड पर वाणिज्यिक / पर्यटन इकाई/आवासीय / संस्थागत उपयोग एकल उपयोग अथवा सम्मिलित उपयोग के भवन अनुज्ञेय होगें एवं समस्त शुल्क व मापदण्ड तदानुसार प्रस्तावित उपयोग के अनुसार ही लागू होगें।

(v) On a commercial plot, buildings for commercial/tourism units/residential/institutional use—whether for single use or mixed use—shall be permissible, and all applicable fees and parameters shall be applied according to the proposed use.

2. लघु व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान / दुकानें (Convenient shops/ Establishment) :-


(i) लघु व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान / दुकानें योजना का भाग होने पर भवन के मापदण्ड वाणिज्यिक भवनों के सामान्य नियम (i) एवं (ii) के अनुसार लागू होंगे अन्यथा तालिका-01 के अनुसार रखे जाने अनिर्वाय होंगे। यदि योजना में सार्वजनिक पार्किग का प्रावधान रखा गया हो तो 50 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल तक के भूखण्डों में पृथक से पार्किंग प्रावधान किया जाना आवश्यक नहीं होगा। 50 वर्गमीटर से बडे भूखण्डों में भूखण्ड के अन्दर तालिका-16 के अनुसार पार्किंग प्रावधान रखा जाना अनिवार्य होगा।

(i) If small commercial establishments/shops are part of a planned scheme, then the building standards shall be governed by the general rules for commercial buildings under clauses (i) and (ii). Otherwise, compliance with Table-01 will be mandatory.
If public parking provision has been made within the scheme, then for plots up to 50 sq. m., a separate parking provision shall not be required. For plots larger than 50 sq. m., provision for parking within the plot as per Table-16 shall be mandatory.


(ii) मुख्य सड़क से लगते हुए पंक्तिबद्ध (Row of Buildings/Plots) 500 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल तक वाणिज्यिक क्षेत्रों में अधिकतम 10 मी. (भूतल + 2 मंजिलों) के निर्माण हेतु साइड सैटबैक छोडा जाना अनिवार्य नहीं होगा एवं अग्र सैटबैक में बाउण्ड्री वॉल का निर्माण नहीं किया जावेगा। पार्किंग का प्रावधान तालिका-16 के अनुसार रखा जाना होगा।

(ii) For row buildings/plots adjoining the main road within commercial areas, up to 500 sq. m. plot area and up to a maximum building height of 10 m (Ground Floor + 2 Floors), it shall not be mandatory to leave a side setback, and no boundary wall shall be constructed in the front setback. Parking provisions shall be made as per Table-16.


(iii) 500 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल तक के वाणिज्यिक भूखण्डों में बेसमेंट में व्यावसायिक गतिविधि अनुज्ञेय नहीं होंगी।

(iii) In commercial plots up to 500 sq. m. area, commercial activities in the basement shall not be permissible.

सिविल लाइंस जैन समाज, जयपुर – महावीरजी, भुसावर एवं बसवा यात्रा

21 सितम्बर 2025 को सिविल लाइंस जैन समाज, जयपुर के 38 सदस्य भक्ति और उत्साह से भरी एक दिव्य यात्रा पर प्रातः 6:30 बजे रवाना हुए। यह यात्रा महावीरजी से आरम्भ होकर भुसावर होते हुए बसवा तक रही, जिसमें कई महत्वपूर्ण दिगंबर जैन मंदिरों और तीर्थस्थलों के दर्शन किए गए।

On 21st September 2025, 38 members of the Civil Lines Jain Samaj Jaipur embarked on a spiritual journey that began early in the morning at 6:30 am. The yatra was planned from Mahavirji to Bhusawar, culminating at Baswa, covering sacred Digambar Jain temples and shrines along the way.

Morning Halt – Tadka Hotel, Dayal Pura पहला पड़ाव – होटल तड़का, दयालपुरा

दौसा से पहले सुबह 8:00 बजे सभी यात्रियों ने होटल तड़का, दयालपुरा पर रुककर चाय-नाश्ता किया। सभी ने हल्का-फुल्का विश्राम कर आगे की यात्रा शुरू की।

Our group made its first stop at Hotel Tadka, Dayal Pura (before Dausa) at around 8:00 am for tea and breakfast. The refreshing break energized everyone for the onward journey.

11:00 बजे हम सभी श्री महावीरजी अतिशय क्षेत्र पहुँचे। यहाँ पर भगवान महावीर स्वामी के मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना एवं दर्शन किए गए। वातावरण भक्ति और शांति से परिपूर्ण था।

By 11:00 am, we reached the holy town of Shri Mahavirji, where the group offered prayers and puja at the temple of Bhagwan Mahavir Swami. The divine atmosphere filled everyone with devotion and peace.

इसके बाद सभी ने ध्यान मंदिर में पहुँचकर वहाँ स्थापित रत्नों की अनोखी मूर्तियों के दर्शन किए। यहाँ विभिन्न रत्नों से निर्मित जैन प्रतिमाएँ अद्वितीय हैं, जो शांति और ध्यान के लिए प्रेरित करती हैं। तत्पश्चात् चरण छतरी में 24 तीर्थंकरों का दर्शन किया गया। ऐसा माना जाता है कि यहाँ चरणों के दर्शन से आत्मिक ऊर्जा और पुण्य की प्राप्ति होती है।
12:30 बजे समाज के सभी सदस्यों ने सामूहिक भोजन किया।

We also visited the serene Dhyan Kendra, where the rare Ratna Murtiyan (gemstone idols) were on display, radiating spiritual beauty. Later, at the Charan Chatri, the group paid homage by taking darshan of the 24 Tirthankaras.

By 12:30 pm, everyone gathered for a wholesome lunch, followed by rest before resuming the journey.

भोजन के पश्चात्, सभी ने कृष्णा बाई दिगंबर जैन मंदिर के दर्शन किए। यहाँ की पवित्रता ने सभी के मन को गहराई से छू लिया। इसके बाद यात्रा भुसावर की ओर बढ़ी।

Post-lunch, the group visited the historic Krishna Bai Digambar Jain Mandir, where darshan added to the day’s spiritual depth. Soon after, the journey continued towards Bhusawar.

3:00 बजे सभी ने खण्डेलवाल ढाबा, महुआ पर चाय-नाश्ते का आनंद लिया।
4:00 बजे हम श्री आदिनाथ दिगंबर जैन मंदिर, भुसावर पहुँचे। यहाँ सामूहिक रूप से भक्तामर स्तोत्र का पाठ, आदिनाथ चालीसा और आरती की गई। भक्ति और उल्लास का वातावरण देखकर हर कोई भाव-विभोर हो गया।

इसके पश्चात् 5:15 बजे रात्रिभोज कर समाज बसवा की ओर रवाना हुआ।

At 3:00 pm, a tea and snack break was taken at Khandelwal Dhaba, Mahua, and by 4:00 pm the group reached Shri Adinath Digambar Jain Mandir, Bhusawar.

Here, the devotees performed Bhaktamar Stotra Path, Adinath Chalisa, and Aarti, creating an atmosphere of devotion and harmony. Following this, an early dinner at 5:15 pm was arranged before moving ahead.

शाम को सभी यात्री काला बाबा जैन मंदिर, बसवा पहुँचे, समय था 8:45 बजे। यहाँ सामूहिक आरती के बाद अंतिम पड़ाव श्री सुपार्श्वनाथ पंचायती जैन मंदिर, बसवा के दर्शन किए गए।

In the evening, the group proceeded to Kala Baba Jain Mandir, Baswa, reaching there at 8:45 pm. After offering Aarti, the devotees concluded the yatra with darshan at Shri Suparshvanath Panchayati Jain Mandir, Baswa.

Return to Jaipur जयपुर वापसी

भक्ति और आनंद से परिपूर्ण इस यात्रा का समापन हुआ और सभी यात्री रात 11:45 बजे जयपुर लौट आए।

With hearts filled with joy and spirituality, the yatra concluded as the group returned safely to Jaipur by 11:45 pm.

यह यात्रा न केवल एक आध्यात्मिक अनुभव रही, बल्कि समाज के सभी सदस्यों को एक सूत्र में बाँधते हुए धर्म, भक्ति और सद्भावना की भावना को भी और गहरा कर गई।

The entire journey was marked with devotion, togetherness, and spiritual upliftment. Such yatras not only bring the Jain Samaj closer but also strengthen the resolve to walk on the path of Dharma with purity and dedication.

Architectural drawings में कई objects ऐसे होते हैं जो बार-बार use होते हैं – जैसे doors, windows, furniture, fixtures इत्यादि। यदि हम हर बार उन्हें manually modify करें तो यह समय भी लेता है और drawing errors का risk भी बढ़ाता है। यही जगह Dynamic Blocks सबसे उपयोगी साबित होते हैं।

Dynamic Blocks architects को flexibility देते हैं कि एक ही block को अलग-अलग variations में इस्तेमाल किया जा सके – बिना नए block बनाए।

1. What are Dynamic Blocks?

Dynamic Block एक ऐसा block होता है जिसमें parameters और actions set किए जाते हैं।

  • Parameters: size, length, angle, visibility etc.
  • Actions: stretch, move, scale, rotate, flip इत्यादि।

👉 उदाहरण: एक Window Block जिसमें आप width parameter डाल दें → तो आप वही block 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm window के रूप में use कर सकते हैं।

2. Benefits of Dynamic Blocks

  • ✅ Reusable: एक block = कई variations
  • ✅ Drawing library छोटी और manageable
  • ✅ Editing fast और accurate
  • ✅ Standardization maintain होता है
  • ✅ Schedules और details ज्यादा consistent

3. Creating a Dynamic Block

Step 1: Create a Block

  1. Draw object (जैसे door)।
  2. Command: BLOCK → Name दें → Save करें।

Step 2: Open Block Editor

  1. Command: BEDIT
  2. Select the block → Block Editor खुलेगा।

Step 3: Add Parameters

  • Use Parameters tab (Linear, Polar, Visibility आदि)।
  • Example: Door width के लिए Linear Parameter डालें।

Step 4: Assign Actions

  • Stretch, Move, Scale, Flip, Rotate जैसी actions parameters से link करें।
  • Example: Linear parameter + Stretch action → Door width adjustable।

Step 5: Save and Test

  1. Block Editor → Close → Save Changes।
  2. Drawing area में block insert करें और variations test करें।

Architectural drawings सिर्फ lines और shapes का collection नहीं होतीं – वे एक communication tool होती हैं। Drawings को समझने के लिए उनमें clear notes, labels, dimensions और symbols होना ज़रूरी है। AutoCAD architects को Advanced Annotation Tools देता है, जिससे drawings और भी readable और professional बनती हैं।

1. What are Annotations? (Annotations क्या हैं?)

Annotations वे elements हैं जो drawing को समझाने का काम करते हैं। इनमें शामिल हैं:

  • Text notes
  • Dimensions
  • Leaders
  • Tables
  • Symbols (North arrow, section marks, etc.)

👉 बिना annotations के drawing सिर्फ एक sketch होती है, लेकिन annotations उसे construction-ready document बनाते हैं।

2. Annotative Objects (Annotative Property)

AutoCAD में “Annotative” property objects को अलग-अलग drawing scales पर भी readable बनाए रखती है।

  • Example: अगर आप एक text 2.5mm height का बनाते हैं और drawing 1:100 scale पर है, तो printing के समय text हमेशा readable रहेगा।
  • Annotative property text, dimensions, hatches और blocks पर apply की जा सकती है।

Command: ANNOTATIVE (या Properties palette में सेट करें)।

3. Multiline Text (MText)

  • Command: MTEXT
  • Paragraph-style notes के लिए।
  • Font, size, alignment, bullets, numbering सब control कर सकते हैं।
  • Architectural notes (जैसे “All dimensions are in millimeters”) लिखने के लिए perfect।

4. Leaders and Multileaders

  • Command: MLEADER
  • Arrow + Text combination, किसी object को label करने के लिए।
  • Example: Window पर leader लगाकर “900mm x 1200mm Window” note करना।
  • Multileader styles customize किए जा सकते हैं (arrowhead type, text style, alignment)।

5. Fields and Dynamic Annotations

AutoCAD में आप fields insert कर सकते हैं जो automatic update होते हैं।

  • Example: Title block में drawing name, sheet number, या date field डाल सकते हैं।
  • जैसे ही file save होगी, fields automatically update हो जाएंगे।

Command: FIELD

6. Tables and Schedules

  • Command: TABLE
  • आप AutoCAD में directly tables बना सकते हैं – जैसे Door Schedule, Window Schedule, Material List।
  • Tables Excel से link भी किए जा सकते हैं (Data Link)।

👉 इससे architects को BOQ और schedules maintain करने में आसानी होती है।

Architectural design सिर्फ screen पर देखने के लिए नहीं होता – आखिर में उसे clients, consultants और contractors तक printed drawings के रूप में पहुँचना ही होता है। AutoCAD इस process को आसान बनाने के लिए Model Space और Paper Space (Layouts) का concept देता है। इस भाग में हम सीखेंगे कि drawings को plot (print) करने से पहले कैसे prepare करना है।

1. Using Model Space and Paper Space

AutoCAD में दो working environments होते हैं:

  • Model Space: यहाँ आप पूरा design बनाते हैं – real dimensions (meters, feet, inches) में।
  • Paper Space (Layout Tabs): यहाँ आप sheets तैयार करते हैं, title blocks लगाते हैं और views को arrange करते हैं।

👉 Rule: हमेशा design Model Space में और printing Paper Space से करनी चाहिए।

2. Working in Paper Space

  • Layout tabs screen के नीचे दिखाई देते हैं (Layout1, Layout2)।
  • Paper size set करें (A4, A3, A1, etc.)।
  • Title block insert करें।
  • Viewport बनाइए (Command: MV या MVIEW) → यह खिड़की की तरह है जो model space का हिस्सा दिखाती है।

3. Working with Layouts

  • हर layout एक sheet (drawing page) को represent करता है।
  • एक project में multiple layouts हो सकते हैं – e.g., Floor Plan, Elevation, Section।
  • आप हर viewport का scale fix कर सकते हैं (जैसे 1:100, 1:50)।

👉 इससे drawings हमेशा सही proportion और scale में print होंगी।

4. Understanding Plotting (Plotting को समझना)

Plotting मतलब drawing को PDF या Printer पर निकालना।

  • Command: PLOT या shortcut CTRL+P।

    • Paper size (A3, A1, etc.)
    • Plot Area (Layout / Window / Extents)

5. Plotting in AutoCAD

Steps:

  1. Paper Space पर जाएँ।
  2. CTRL+P दबाएँ।
  3. Printer “DWG to PDF.pc3” चुनें (अगर PDF बनाना है)।
  4. Layout select करें।
  5. Preview करें → अगर सब ठीक है तो “OK” करके PDF/Print ले लीजिए।

6. Using Plot Styles (Plot Styles का उपयोग)

Plot styles define करते हैं कि आपकी drawing में colors, lineweights और styles print में कैसे दिखाई देंगे।

  • Two types:
    • CTB (Color-based): हर color का एक specific thickness होता है।
    • STB (Style-based): हर object को एक style assign होता है।

👉 Architectural offices आमतौर पर CTB files use करते हैं – जैसे Red = Bold, Blue = Medium, Green = Thin।

जब architectural projects बड़े होते हैं – जैसे multi-storey buildings, housing complexes, या commercial projects – तो एक single drawing file में सब कुछ manage करना मुश्किल हो जाता है। यहाँ पर External References (Xrefs) architects के लिए सबसे ज़रूरी tool बन जाते हैं।

Xrefs आपको अलग-अलग drawings (जैसे floor plans, elevations, structural details, MEP layouts) को एक साथ जोड़कर देखने और manage करने की सुविधा देते हैं।

1. What is an Xref? (Xref क्या है?)

  • Xref = External Reference
  • मतलब: आप किसी दूसरी drawing को अपनी current drawing में reference के रूप में attach कर सकते हैं।
  • Example:
    • Architect → Floor plan file बनाता है।
    • Structural Engineer → Beams & columns की file बनाता है।
    • दोनों drawings को एक master drawing में Xref करके overlay किया जा सकता है।

👉 इससे हर टीम member अपनी-अपनी file पर काम कर सकता है और फिर भी सब कुछ एक जगह coordinated रहेगा।

2. Working with Xrefs (Xref के साथ काम करना)

Attach an Xref (Xref attach करना)

  • Command: XREF
  • External References palette open होगा।
  • “Attach DWG” पर click करें और दूसरी drawing select करें।
  • Insert point, scale और rotation define करें।

👉 अब दूसरी drawing आपकी current drawing में दिखाई देगी, लेकिन वो सिर्फ reference होगी – original file अलग ही रहेगी।

Overlay vs Attach (दो modes)

  • Overlay: सिर्फ आपकी file में दिखाई देगा, किसी और में आगे carry forward नहीं होगा।
  • Attach: Xref आपकी file के साथ दूसरे में भी pass हो सकता है।

👉 Architects अक्सर Overlay prefer करते हैं ताकि unnecessary clutter न हो।

Managing Xrefs (Xref manage करना)

External References palette से आप:

  • Reload → अगर original file में changes हुए हैं।
  • Detach → File remove करना।
  • Bind → Xref को permanent part बना देना।
  • Unload → Temporary remove करना (file में data रहता है)।

Editing Xrefs (Xref edit करना)

  • Xref को सीधे आपकी drawing में edit नहीं किया जा सकता।
  • अगर बदलाव चाहिए तो original file open करके edit करें।
  • Save करने पर आपकी main drawing में automatic update हो जाएगा।

3. Advantages of Using Xrefs (Xrefs के फायदे)

  • Collaboration: अलग-अलग consultants (architects, engineers, interior designers) आसानी से काम कर सकते हैं।
  • Efficiency: बड़ी files divide हो जाती हैं, जिससे speed बेहतर होती है।
  • Automatic Updates: Original file change होते ही सब drawings update हो जाती हैं।
  • Organization: हर drawing अलग रहती है लेकिन master file में combined view मिलता है।

AutoCAD में Blocks एक powerful feature है जो architects के workflow को तेज़ और organized बनाता है। Architecture projects में कई objects बार-बार use होते हैं – जैसे doors, windows, furniture, fixtures, trees आदि। हर बार इन्हें manually draw करने की बजाय आप इन्हें Block बना सकते हैं और जरूरत पड़ने पर बार-बार use कर सकते हैं।

इस भाग में हम सीखेंगे – Working with Blocks।

1. What is a Block? (Block क्या है?)

Block AutoCAD का एक group of objects है जिसे एक single object की तरह use किया जा सकता है।

  • Example: अगर आपने एक door draw किया है, तो उसे block बनाकर हर जगह reuse किया जा सकता है।
  • Advantage: Drawing clean रहती है, file size कम होता है और consistency बनी रहती है।

2. Creating a Block (Block कैसे बनाएं?)

  • Command: BLOCK या B
  • Steps:
    1. Name: Block को meaningful नाम दें (e.g., Door_900mm, Window_1200mm)।
    2. Pick Point: एक base point select करें (door के लिए hinge point सबसे अच्छा होता है)।
    3. Select Objects: वो objects select करें जिन्हें block बनाना है।
    4. OK → Block बन जाएगा।

👉 अब यह block बार-बार insert किया जा सकता है।

3. Inserting a Block (Block को drawing में insert करना)

  • Command: INSERT
  • Select block name और specify insertion point, scale और rotation।
  • Shortcut: Design Center (CTRL+2) या Tool Palettes से भी blocks insert कर सकते हैं।

4. Editing a Block (Block को modify करना)

अगर block में बदलाव करना है, तो:

  • Command: BEDIT (Block Editor)
  • Block open होगा → changes करें → Save & Close।
  • Block के सभी instances drawing में automatically update हो जाएंगे।

👉 यह architects के लिए बहुत useful है – जैसे अगर आपने standard window size बदल दी तो पूरी drawing में वो change अपने आप हो जाएगा।
