सीकर रोड पर टोडी मोड रूडला प्रोपर्टी से दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए 14 नम्बर पुलिया तक। यहाँ से उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर 200 फीट बाईपास सर्विस रोड चलते हुए उत्तरी हिस्सा सम्मिलित करते हुए डायमण्ड रेस्टोरेन्ट तक। डायमण्ड रेस्टोरेन्ट अण्डरपास से उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बी.एस.एन.एल. चौराहे तक। बी.एस.एन.एल. चौराहे से दक्षिणी-पूर्वी दिशा की ओर चलते हुए वी. के. आई. रोड नं. 15 तक। वी.के.आई. रोड नं. 15 से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए वी.के.आई. रोड नं. 17 एस.बी.आई. ऐटीएम तक का सम्पूर्ण बायां क्षेत्र। वी. के. आई. रोड नं. 17 एस.बी.आई. ऐटीएम से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर चलते हुए अमानीशाह का नाला होते हुए विद्याधर नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की सीमा तक। यहाँ से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए वि‌द्याधर नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की सीमा को सम्मिलित करते हुए 200 फीट बाईपास को क्रॉस करते हुए मनसा माता मन्दिर तक। मनसा माता मन्दिर से दक्षिण-पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए सीकर रोड रूडला प्रोपर्टी तक का सम्पूर्ण बांया क्षेत्र।

1. Starting Point:
   The boundary starts at Rundla Property, Todi Mod, on Sikar Road.
2. From Rundla Property, proceed southward along Sikar Road up to Pulia No. 14.
3. From Pulia No. 14, proceed north-eastward along the 200-ft Bypass Service Road, including the northern portion, up to Diamond Restaurant.
4. From the Diamond Restaurant Underpass, proceed north-eastward up to BSNL Chauraha.
5. From BSNL Chauraha, proceed in a south-easterly direction up to VKI Road No. 15.
6. From VKI Road No. 15, proceed eastward up to VKI Road No. 17 / SBI ATM, including the entire area on the left-hand side.
7. From VKI Road No. 17 / SBI ATM, proceed southward along Amanishah Nala up to the boundary of the Vidyadhar Nagar Assembly Constituency.
8. From there, proceed eastward along the boundary of the Vidyadhar Nagar Assembly Constituency, including the adjoining area, crossing the 200-ft Bypass, up to Mansa Mata Temple.

कानजी रेस्टोरेन्ट नीदड मोड से पश्चिम दिशा की तरफ विद्याधर नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की सीमा के सहारे-सहारे चलते हुए दाहिने भाग के सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र नीदंड गांव, गुलाबो का फार्म, सरपंच की ढाणी, लौढा की ढाणी, शास्त्री की ढाणी इत्यादि को सम्मिलित करते हुए व सती के टीब्बे, शमशान एवं तिराहे को शामिल करते हुए विद्याधर नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की सीमा तक । वहाँ से विद्याधर नगर विधानसभा क्षेत्र की सीमा के सहारे-सहारे चलते हुए दाहिनी तरफ के क्षेत्र को सम्मिलित करते हुए टोडी मोड से दाहिने भाग को सम्मिलित करते हुए रूंडला प्रोपर्टीज सीकर रोड तक। वहाँ से पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए विवेकानन्द स्कूल तक। विवेकानन्द स्कूल से दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर प्लाट नं. 51-ए तक। वहाँ से पहाडी से ऊपर से दक्षिण दिशा में काल्पनिक रेखा मानते हुए नींदड रोड कानजी रेस्टोरेन्ट तक का सम्पूर्ण दाहिना क्षेत्र।

1. From Kanji Restaurant at Nindar Mod, proceed westward along the boundary of the Vidyadhar Nagar Assembly Constituency, including the entire area on the right-hand side, comprising:
   • Nindar Village
   • Gulabo ka Farm
   • Sarpanch ki Dhani
   • Laodha ki Dhani
   • Shastri ki Dhani, etc.
   It also includes Sati ke Tibbe, the cremation ground (Shamshan), and the Tiraha, up to the boundary of the Vidyadhar Nagar Assembly Constituency.
2. From there, proceed along the boundary of the Vidyadhar Nagar Assembly Constituency, including the areas on the right-hand side, and include the area on the right side at Todi Mod, up to Rundla Properties on Sikar Road.
3. From Rundla Properties, proceed westward up to Vivekanand School.
4. From Vivekanand School, proceed in a south-west direction up to Plot No. 51-A.
5. From Plot No. 51-A, proceed southward over the hill, along an imaginary line, up to Nindar Road at Kanji Restaurant.
6. The entire area on the right-hand side of this line, extending up to Kanji Restaurant on Nindar Road, forms part of Ward No. 1.

No. P.10 (Municipality) (Formation) (Election)/DLB/25/19631: — In exercise of the powers conferred under Sections 3 and 10 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009, and Rule 3 of the Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994, the District Collector, Jaipur, submitted proposals, along with his recommendations, regarding the objections received against the draft order for the formation of wards for the local body, Jaipur Municipal Corporation.

After considering the objections received against the draft order for ward formation, the State Government agrees with the recommendations of the District Collector, Jaipur, and hereby approves the draft order for ward formation proposed by him.
